2. Payment & Enrollment

You agree to provide accurate billing information and honor any payment plan commitments.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, including text, graphics, images, videos, and written content shared through Her Self Reclaimed, remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

5. Limitation of Liability

By participating in our coaching or workshops, you acknowledge that results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Her Self Reclaimed is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation or use of materials.
